Clay Belancio is a native New Orleanian who has been practicing law since 1995. A graduate of Tulane University and Loyola Law School, he has served as a trusted closing attorney at TMG since December 2006.
Michael Troendle
Owner & Managing Attorney
Michael D. Troendle is the President and Managing Attorney at Title Management Group, where he has been a dedicated team member since 2015. A graduate of the University of New Orleans and Loyola University School of Law, he brings extensive experience in real estate closings, curative work, and insurance production. Mike has served as President of TMG since 2021.
Joseph C. Coates III
Founder
Founded Title Management Group in 2003 after over a decade of practicing real estate law across multiple states. With a Juris Doctorate from LSU and a background in constitutional title research, he built a firm rooted in precision, relationships, and client trust. Under his leadership, TMG has grown through referrals and earned recognition as one of New Orleans CityBusiness Magazine’s Top Ten Title Companies.
William Patrick Kelley

William Patrick Kelley is a proud graduate of LSU Law School, Class of 2002, and has called New Orleans home since 2003. Initially from Houma, he is actively involved in the community as President of the Lycée Français de la Nouvelle-Orléans Dad’s Club. William and his wife, Kate, have three children - Wyatt, Samantha, and Luka.
